Ratings and reviews

The collection is great but app experience is terrible. Once u click on a product and then go back, the list everytime scrolls back upto the top. Its a literal shame that such a minor issue is ruining the entire experience . Ps. After reading the other reviews about how terrible the customer service is, which is basically the backbone for a clothing brand. On top of the terrible app interface. I will have to refrain from ordering until these issues are resolved

Very pathetic app. For exchange and return, it directs to browser and you have to feed order number. Sometime after feeding all details, the page get stuck. Even for return or exchange, they charge 100 rupees per consignment. I am not going to buy anything from this site again .Totally useless...not user friendly 😔👎...one more thing, how they manage to get 4.5 🌟 when maximum reviews are 1🌟 or 2 🌟🌟. Totally scam...

This is entirely a scam of a platform with a premium outlook. Firstly there is no proper mention of return fee until you go into the fine details, but they charge ₹100. Secondly the quality is not worth the price. Thirdly and most importantly my return was rejected citing batch mismatch which is absolutely wrong. In fact I had returned a couple products without opening the package. Lastly the customer care is present only on WhatsApp and Instagram and is non existent, reply takes more than a day
