Well I've used this for a short time now. But since I've tried to cash out the first time, I always get the same reply every time . I'd give us 7 to 10 business days, we have high volumes of requests. Okay, I understand that. But it shouldn't take o longer than 12 to 24 hours or less to send anybody their payments to their PayPal account. That's terribly bad customer service honestly. Whoever handles that isn't very sufficient. It's been 12 days since I cashed out, it's always the same email.

This app is VERY easy to use but I don't understand why they delay payment. I reached the needed threshold, requested a withdrawal but I wasn't credited. I sent a mail to their customer service but I was told to wait for 7 to 10 working days. It's now 10 working days but I still haven't been credited and their customer service didn't reply my last two emails.

So, I've been using this app the past few days and it's a great platform easy to use,got great features and everything but, the Ads, the ads they never end popping up every minute when I finish survey questions and when about to collect my earning and I tried to withdraw some money using PayPal, and it says pending, but it doesn't transfer or withdraw...Pretty much very disappointed.
