If it's freezing after scanning the map and you have nothing but a black screen, chances are the phone isn't powerful enough to enjoy the project sadly. Tried on the "suggested" (Calypso4) phone and then my own (Pixel6)....it ran flawlessly on the more powerful phone. Should really include proper recommended specs for parents to not lose their minds!

I downloaded the app, verified my email, input the code with our crystal kit and the VR just uses our camera to see what the camera sees. Then you have to look at your poster to get the VR experience.

Tried registering and no email sent. Not in inbox or spam. Seems to be common thing with this app. I have done multiple resends with nothing. Would be nice receiving some assistance on this so my kid can use his Christmas present. Thanks
