Just one tap on the app and the ‘FOCUS’ view instantly shows you all of today’s important information.
You can also add ALARMS, DETAILS, COLORS, and ICONS, adjust the FONT SIZE, and more.

At first glance, it may look like chaos to some.
But after just a few minutes of use, it frees you from unnecessary tapping between different apps and views.

*** EVENTS ***
– meetings, workouts, etc.
Displayed in a schedule format. You can add recurrence, alarms, subtitles, notes, etc.
For easier separation, you can also assign an icon and a background color.
If you miss them, they disappear the next day — that’s where tasks come in.

*** TASKS *** include everything you MUST NOT FORGET.
– expiring documents/insurance, today’s shopping list, etc.
They WILL NOT DISAPPEAR in the coming days — not until you delete or reschedule them.
You can also define the date from which a task becomes visible in the 'Focus' view (e.g. 14 days before vehicle registration expiry, 3 days before a birthday, 5 minutes before it's time for a pill...).
Tasks can also include alarms, subtitles, and detailed notes (e.g. event info, last year’s insurance price, shopping list, travel plan...).

*** NOTES *** include anything people usually jot down on sticky notes or in separate apps.
– memos, ideas, projects, various lists (shopping, trip plan with info&map links, vacation packing, work cottage, ...), ...


*** Tips: ***
Tend to procrastinate? Just swipe right to move a task to another date.
Don’t want to see a task all day? Simply set it to appear later (e.g. 1 hour before your evening computer task).
This visibility delay doesn’t affect persistence — the task will still remain visible until it's deleted or moved to another day.

Ratings and reviews

I've just started using it but it does what it says it does. The focus view is the best view followed by scheduled view. One thing I would like to see is for the tasks to be repeated and checked off as each occurrence is repeated. Events can do this but not tasks. Dev says it's still being improved so I hope this is one of them. And... it's free with no ads. And it's very colorful and customizable with many templates. Update: after using this app, repeat tasks are possible, see INFO tab for more

Pretty good app, just trying to figure out how to place a picture with some notes or tasks. Would have given 5 stars

Absolutely brilliant app! I didn't think that anything could beat apps I've been using but this one has. Tasks notes events all in one easy to use app. Highly customizable in a variety of ways; formatting text, colours, templates & so on. Comprehensive help within app but doesn't require a long learning curve. A feature I would like to see is to be able to set repeating all-day events, but still brilliant! I wonder how long this will be free without ads? Once again brilliant app Thanks dev!!!
