About this app

The Inventory Management System (iManage) enhances tracking, management, and efficiency through key processes. Designed to streamline the movement, storage, and monitoring of materials within a warehouse, the system ensures real-time data accuracy and updates. Using QR code technology, the system improves operations, reduces errors, and boosts inventory visibility.
Product QR Tagging for Existing Materials
QR codes are generated and assigned to all existing materials within the inventory. This enables easy tracking and management of materials by allowing quick identification and movement tracking, minimizing manual errors and ensuring accurate records.

There are 4 modules.
1. Receiving Area :
Upon receiving products, users input the Purchase Order (PO) number to retrieve line items. Each product line item is tagged with a QR code. For items with accessories (child items), individual QR codes are generated. Products are scanned, verified against the PO, and then assigned QR codes for tracking.
2. Binning Area
After inspection, materials are moved to designated bins. Users scan both the product’s QR code and the bin’s QR code to assign the product to the correct bin. The assignment is confirmed via the “Assign Bin” option, and users can update or change bin assignments by scanning both product and bin QR codes if needed.
Note: QR codes for bin locations are already placed in the warehouse.
3. Issue Area
Users enter the Material Order Transfer Request (MOTR) number to retrieve items for dispatch. Materials can be issued partially or fully based on the request. A Material Document is generated for record-keeping, and items are tracked by scanning their QR codes, including any child items.
4. Inventory Management
Process: The inventory module displays all materials, along with their locations and quantities. Users can easily track the storage status of each material in the warehouse. During audits, users can verify the physical condition of materials. Any discrepancies or damages found during audits can be updated in the system with remarks, which are then included in the audit report.
