Ratings and reviews

Unreliable. There's a horrible delay from when someone approaches or rings the doorbell to you being notified. By the time you get the alert, the app spins trying to get to the live feed and the person is gone. 😠 I've had numerous issues with accessing the live video feed and consistently get the error that there's no connection. It's not our WiFi as we have other cameras outside of CPI that we can access perfectly fine. I'm disappointed in the communication between the app and device.

It wastes 10 secs of a 30sec recording before it even shows you who's @ the door, then cuts it off at 30sec no matter how long the person is there doing whatever it is they're doing. After the latest update, it doesn't even notify me that anyone is at our front door. I have to filter the videos just to see anything, but then it won't save & reverts to their default. I've never messed with any of my settings (of which there are a bazillion), & now, when I look, I don't see any settings to fix it!

App needs some TLC and improvements. Whenever I get a notification, I go to the app and try to watch the video, and it just spins, even clicking on the notification, same result. Sometimes, it takes seconds, most times, it takes forever or just never comes up. This is on wifi or regular signal. Both have the same results even after I give it time to upload everything. I go back to it through the app, same result. Not very quick, i make sure my signal is strong, not sure the issue.
