I cannot recommend this company at all. Despite having alarm systems installed, my children occasionally open doors or windows accidentally while the alarm is armed, yet I have never received a single call from the security company to check on the situation. When I've reached out for assistance with malfunctioning devices, the support I received was far from professional. I often find myself resorting to YouTube tutorials to troubleshoot and resolve issues on my own.

I like that the app let me control my Security System easily but I am always having issues with the app not able to show any live video most of the time it says there is a problem and it needs troubleshooting. If I use the website which is nothing convenience there is no issues with the live image. No video issues most of the time. There must be something wrong with this app.

Needs an auto delete feature for video clips. Currently, all doorbell video clips must be deleted individually. It would be better to be able to select the very few video clips that you actually want to keep, and have the option to automatically delete all the other clips after a certain time frame, say one month or some other user to find time frame. I hope you make this Improvement. The current functionality is very irritating. Thank you.
