On my first download of this app, I found no instructions or options to create an account. After deciding to use my Account # and enter my password (which was incorrect), the account was locked. No further instructions were given on how to unlock. In short, it needs to improve in these areas.

For anyone wondering, it would be best that you contact E-networks via Facebook or just go into them to create the account. They created mine for me. The only thing is that the app is sorta useless for me to make a payment, but thank God for MMG

I downloaded the app and tried logging in following the instructions to use just the account number first try i didn't get in said to check user name and password second try it said account is locked. So how exactly should i get in?
