It's great to have a place to store things for good without the monthly fees. There are a few technicalities I still haven't figuring out-- organizational aspects, how to access and upload more content to it, etc. but overall pleased to have this simple option for storage.

Unable to open filetypes that are not images; documents like xlsx and such. Not even downloadable. xlsx files are pretty much a sitting duck lol. Useless app.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Currently, myHPcloud does not support viewing .doc or .xlsx file formats directly in the app. However, you can still download these files to your device and open them locally.
