App crashes every time after initial login. I had to add external accounts in order to see my own savings account with them. Even then, my account with them was listed below external accounts which logically doesn't make sense. What?! I'd like to know who is giving this 5 star reviews because there is no way this version is better than the previous one. Ugh...

The app has always worked until the last few weeks. I try to use fingerprint or facial scanning and it says confirmed and then doesn't log me in so then I go type in my password and it's correct and acknowledges that it's correct but still doesn't log me in. I have to open and close the app and try about 20 times, and then finally,at some point it let's me in. It's very inconvenient to have to spend 15 minutes just trying to login to check my balance. I'm not the only one with this issue, either

***** edit for new update. app crashes constantly, fails to load. says to retry and then locks up. the workaround is this. go to Google play store. tap your icon for you, go to manage apps. scroll until you find the ACU app and open it there. this is the only way I've been able to get to the password screen. once in . everything works... it just works .. it doesn't crash.... the real time people are great too. ditch your other bank and get this one.
