There are several bugs in this app. For example, when I try to block some devices, it shows that the device has been added to MAC filtering, but it does not appear in the blacklist option, and the blocked device can still access the internet. I reported this issue earlier, and although it was solved temporarily, the same error reappeared after a few hours. Additionally, the option to hide the SSID does not work at all. Even after attempting to hide my SSID, it is still visible on other devices.

It used to be good, and the service was reliable, but in 2082 it started failing frequently. They now charge extra for almost everything, and the constant fiber breakage issues never seem to be resolved. Within one month they have come to fix the router for 3 times and said connector should be replaced each time and i paid 150 for that each time and On top of that, the maintenance staff are rude. Once my current internet plan ends, I will never use this ISP again.

Worst internet service provider * Extremely Unreliable Service: The internet was constantly down due to "fiber damage," with outages lasting 2-3 days at a time. * Useless App & Support: The app's support features are a joke. It offers no real-time help and cannot resolve serious issues. * Worst Customer Service: We have been waiting over four months for device refund. Don't give back the device. Conclusion: Do not be fooled by this app. It is a digital reflection of an unreliable service.
