5 stars, 1 star, I dunno. 1 star because when they went to a subscription model they took the calendar color choices from the old BC1, leaving me with the calendar color choices from the old (paid) BC2Pro if I didn't want to subscribe. The BC1 colors are easiest for me to read but I now have to subscribe to get them, even if I have no use for the new features. 5 stars because what it does, it does really well. My subscription expires on August 21st. I'll report back When I see what I lose.

This was my calendar app for years. It's the most customizable and best looking calendar app out there, but over time they've put more and more features behind paywalls, and introduced constant ads: I get two unskippable ads with every new event. I'd be happy to pay a one-time fee, but a $10 yearly subscription is crazy. There are so many extra features in the pro, but I just want a few of them, and they're not worth that price. Other apps do this almost as well and you only have to pay once.

This app's advertising locks your phone! I had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 after the Developer of this app decided to take up my whole screen with a game advertisement and deny me escape. Even turning off the phone didn't help. I came right back. My phone is clean and this is not on my end. This is the most outrageous in-your-face 'bend over and take it like a man' app advertising method I've ever seen. Avoid at all cost unless they fix this.
