So inefficient. Every app update is just a new complicated interface, instead of enhancing app performance. So many lags. Classic balance deducted but no internet package received. I don't even know why would I keep using this provider. Also, the transaction history always lags and missing some transaction entry. You have to keep receipt of it yourself in case the transaction happened but you haven't receive anything. Chat Maya feature? Robots and clueless.

I've had bad experiences lately, I can't access my rewards for quite a while. And it keeps lagging whenever I try to buy a package, it always loads back to the dashboard when I'm trying to pay and the "error" sign keeps popping out.

They are no longer selling XTRA On package in app, just one reason i give 1*, i personally use wifi as much as i can, due to the limit quota if you use your mobile package & in my place the signal strength is only 1 bar. The price for extending active period is also unreasonable, just to compare with other internet provider, one's sell a 360-days extend by under 150k IDR, yet with that same money if my calculation is correct (7-days by 5.5k) only give around 191 days.
