TEST THIS APP BEFORE ENABLING THE SERVICE
It is strongly recommended that you test before using this app.
Just click on the "TEST" button to start a new test.
If the screen turns off automatically during the test it means that the sensor is not working properly.
In this case I suggest you uninstall this app.
IMPORTANT: Do not cover the proximity sensor during the test.
NOTE: The test lasts 5 seconds.

Device administration must be disabled before uninstalling.
Just click on the button at the top and select the "Remove active admin" option.

This app allows you to turn the display on or off using the proximity sensor.
Just cover the proximity sensor to turn the display on or off.
NOTE: The proximity sensor usually sits up near the top speaker.

I started using this app when the last one I had went defunct, and it does its job pretty well. The one issue I have is that it can be hard using the phone when it's active because it will activate every time I try to check my notification bar or otherwise use the top of my screen. if they add a "delay" feature, with options of hundreds of milliseconds, I will gladly bump this up to 5 stars.

this is must have spp. on all. phones especially ones with smaller batteries. I. have used it for years without any problems whatsoeger. I still use it on my new phone with a 5400 ma battery to save the screen and the power switch.

should have a setting for a delay. otherwise works as advertised but with lots of adds.
