Waited... Patiently, for several months past when I was told. I can live with that. Finally arrived and I spent a week trying every which way to update the firmware. Never happened. Sending it back on Monday. Complete fail for me. Good luck to those that can actually run it. I was really wanting it to be awesome. But I would have settled with usable.

I'm not a photographer, but I need to take quality photos for scientific use. I don't have time, or honestly the interest in learning the technical details of how to take a good photo. Arsenal let's me focus on what I do know, and makes my pictures look great. I can focus stack and bracket very small fungi collections on a micro lens with ease and get amazing end results with like 3 clicks of my smart phone, and I only know what those things are because the app is so darn intuitive! Thanks!

Let's start with the 10 months of waiting and all the excuses and lies I got from their 'assistant'(?). When it finally did arrive (too late in the season to take advantage of it,... had it ever worked), I admit I was really anxious to see if it could help reduce my time in editing my captures. I'm already an accomplished and published photographer but often spend hours fine tuning and converting HDRs in Lightroom & Photoshop. First thing I did was check for updates, it started and never finished
