Ratings and reviews

Direct deposits are never received (2)days early as advertised but they are at other banking institutions from the same employer. Their transaction processing is dated, meaning that if I use my bank card as debit it is not deducted from the available balance immediately. Lastly, if the direct deposit comes early (usually the day before), it shows as "pending" so it is not reflected in the available balance. I forgot to add, they do not have Zelle!!!

Super buggy and slow so far. Continually tells me that it's stopped working and to close it (every 5-10 seconds...), can't find transaction details for pending transactions. I'm on maybe day 3 of using the app EDIT: app no longer crashes. I deleted my account and decided recently to retry it and opened another account with them. mistake. Support gave me misinformation, app lags for a few seconds with every click, application was completed, then re-opened without explanation, etc.

This app is so slow; everytime I log in and go to my checking acct overview I have to wait a while for the balance to populate and I cannot trust a quick glance to know what money I have. The app is always under maintenance with blackout times where I'm locked out of my account. And only once did I try to apply for a loan with Axos, but after filling out all the info on the app they gave me a pop-up that the service wasn't available for use yet and to call in. A huge waste of time.
