FIX THE APP ALREADY!! For months EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to open it, I get an error message saying "we're experiencing a temporary issue that may prevent you from logging in. Our team is working quickly to resolve" Having this issue for MONTHS is not a temporary issue nor are y'all working quickly to resolve it. I have to try several times to try to open the app, sometimes 20 minutes. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating. FIX IT ALREADY

I dont know what happened with this app, but it glitches ALL THE TIME now. I go to log in and it goes back to the log in page, I get logged in, it logs me out, I try to go into one of my accounts, it says sorry, were having difficulties, try again later, and logs me out. It never used to do this, and even the online browser has issues more often. Idk what your IT team did, but they screwed something up. I shouldnt have to log in 3x to stay logged in.

This app used to be great but not now. When I installed it, years ago, it was one of the first apps I installed and it worked perfectly. On very rare occasions it might be down temporarily or there'd be a notification of a planned upgrade. In the last 6 months, between 50% and 75% the app is temporarily unavailable, so I have to login on my laptop or find an ATM to check my balance. This can be very inconvenient especially if I need to know immediately what is in my account. I'm disappointed.
