This app used to be great but not now. When I installed it, years ago, it was one of the first apps I installed and it worked perfectly. On very rare occasions it might be down temporarily or there'd be a notification of a planned upgrade. In the last 6 months, between 50% and 75% the app is temporarily unavailable, so I have to login on my laptop or find an ATM to check my balance. This can be very inconvenient especially if I need to know immediately what is in my account. I'm disappointed.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but the problem continues. I'll open the app and it will flash the log in screen then close the app immediately before I can do anything then when I open it again it says "we're experiencing technical difficulties. We are working on it" but it's been months and no fix. I have to force stop the app and try again. EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to use the app. It's exhausting.

I dont know what it is but recently the app has been loading so slow. When logging in on the app it always says we are experiencing technical difficulties trying to connect. Please try again or contact customer service. My app is updated with the most recent update. It would be nice if this can be fixed and if the app can run a little faster.
