Does not work. I have to reinstall everytine for it to work. Edit: per your response, I have emailed you over a week ago with no response as of yet. Again, the app does not work. I have to reinstall for it to work possibly once - 2nd Edit - still no response. Awful app. Useless

The app doesn't open half the time, just sits and loads. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall. Then it'll only work about 2 times before you have to uninstall and reinstall again.

Have to reinstall after every time I use app. Just has a loading screen the next time I try to open it. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling every time I want to use app.

Thank you for your feedback. We recently updated the app to address this issue. If you're still having trouble loading the app, you should be able to click a "Retry" button to fix it. If the issue persists, please reach out to appsupport@shifts.com so we can look into it.
