I'm suffering the same problem as all the recent posters. What is happening with your app? About 3 weeks ago it started freezing and needing to be reinstalled every few calculations! Now i have tried to reinstall multiple times and the error message, "Oh No! Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again" comes up every time :( I am paying $10 a month for an otherwise excellent product.

I'm facing the same problem as everybody who's giving the app a one-star review. The app is crashing it is not working although I do not have a paid subscription the app is just not working for me. every time I try to use the app it just doesn't show me the answer and an error message pops up it is very very frustrating please fix this issue it's been going on for 2 years.

Paid for a month of access on the browser and installed the app. Tried to sign in with my Google account and it just loops back to the "Sign Up" or "Sign In" page. Every attempt adds another layer when I try to backtrack, so if I mash the button to sign in, I have to click the back button an equal number of times that I pressed the login button to get back to the original layer. tldr: Google login not working at all. NOW THE WEBSITE DOESN'T EVEN WORK AT ALL. I WANT A REFUND.
