So far so good. The app is easy to use but clicking down bottom options like find transfer, bill payment may not respond most of the time which requires to click multiple times to get responses or you need to click the right spot (that's what she...) Maybe be due to the button is too close to the bottom edge of the screen. Definitely need to redesign those bottom side of the app. Other than that good job.

I used the app for overseas transfer and it took me more than 2 weeks (17/03 - 1/4) to reach and in the middle of my frustration, the customer service told me that the money bounced and will be returned back. Sooooo not happy! Modern looking app, but still manual on the backend. I think WU is better, time wise and rate wise for overseas transfer. NEVER use the app for overseas transfer. Just use it to check yr bank account. That's it.

Why does it stop working when i updated the damn app? Unnecessarily updatings things that shouldve been there in the first place, instead of patching up at a later date and causing major inconvenience for users. If it aint broke, dont fix it. If you want to create an app, make it work. The least you couldve done is actualy take people's feedback instead of leaving them unattended.

What's new

We have made enhancements and bug fixes within Baiduri b.Digital Personal mobile app. New enhancements include limiting the use of symbols and special characters when creating a User ID for new registrations and receiving an SMS alert for every new fund transfer beneficiary created.

You can log in to your account as usual with your existing mPIN or touch/face ID. Your user ID and password are not required.
