This app is horrible. It's so user-UNfriendly it isn't even funny. You developers need to give this POS a complete redo. I have been trying to find the results of an ECHO I had yesterday and was told the results would be "available in the portal" later that day. Well...I had to set up an imaging portal in addition to the regular portal and still.. Nothing is available. If it is, I can't find it. 8 can't find results for any recent appointments.. None of it. Sitting here very unhappy.

I have always loved this app. Having my results, upcoming appointments, refill requests, etc right at my fingertips is awesome. But for several weeks now I can even sign in. I put my username and password in and the sign in button never highlights or responds. I have changed my password, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, etc and nothing works. Super frustrated. 😒😤

This app is garbage. It's very unstable and throws unknown errors consistently. The interface is not all that intuitive or very well layed out. I would call it clunky at best. The provider messaging portion doesn't scroll down when keying in a message and adding an attachment causes it to error out. You are supposed to able to schedule an appt through the app, however the way to do it is a mystery. I hope that you didn't pay the developers much for it. As apps go, it's a bit of a hotmess.
