I cannot open the app. It closes on me all the time, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still wont open. Now my company announced we need to redeem our points by April 15th or you lose them because they are going to use something else. Well when you are barely working, it's really hard to earn points, seeing as how the app isnt working. I sure hope I can redeem my gift card in time =(

The app is terrible. It's hard to navigate and nothing it keeps track of seems accurate. I don't trust the points, steps or anything else. the help desk will only start to look at an issue after the user has gone out of their way to prove that there is an app issue. It really sucks that my company forces me to use this. Edit from 2025. the app hasn't been able to connect with Google Fit for 5 days. The app remains bad. Its clear at this point that no one wants to fix it.

we use this app at work and it is totally garbage. whoever made this must of used a free AI app maker because there are so many bugs in it and lack of functionality. basic trash.
