I don't normally leave app reviews, but I had to make an exception bc the app is literally unresponsive to any button or link I try to navigate to. And it's not a problem with my phone. All my other apps work great, have speed, etc ... then I open this app and I feel thrust back into 2009 when apps would randomly crash, etc.

WHY do I need to speak to someone to explain being able to Filter by Men's products?? A Filter by Gender must be added bc Men can scroll forever and only find a few items in a Sale list. If you have a lot of Favorites, they won't appear unless you repeatedly swipe down. It's hard to find any new items for men. Fabletics boldly states they're offering 50-60% off EVERYTHING. But when you look in the app, the discount is on Select Styles in Select Colors only. So the sale applies to almost nothing.

I rarely leave app reviews, but this steaming pile of garbage makes it impossible to even spend money. I didn't know a company reliant on DTC sales through their VIP service and app could be so bad at having their app even open up. Everytime I try to use it" Click to open - spins for 5 minutes. First screen loads - everything freezes. Close and reopen - can change pages, but freezes again. Close open again - cycles through every page I tried to click last time. Absolute trash.
