I dont know the essense of this app, alot of complain from many users on sign in, i cant sign in my acct. always popup an error message, the dev team need to work on this app and fix up. Let the app be available for all

My Android app is crashing with error: "Failed to load dynamic library 'libpolygonid.so' on Android 13 (Infinix device)." The .so library for my device architecture is missing. Please update the app.

1) Face recognition always fails, sometimes it says signal error even though the signal is very good. 2) ID verification can't be pressed because the button is only half visible, so it can't be pressed. I've tried it via the official website, but it's still the same. Please fix this immediately. I'll give it 5 stars if it works.
