Ratings and reviews

Bitget looks clean, but the UX is frustrating. Simple tasks take too many taps, and some interactions feel unnecessarily difficult. The feedback form took me around 30 minutes because it accepted 800 characters but rejected punctuation such as full stops, commas and apostrophes. I had to remove them to submit the form. There are similar examples of overly restrictive input behaviour elsewhere. The app looks polished, but the UX needs more attention to how people actually use it.

great app low gas fee but sometimes the fee is extremely higher. very fast but sometimes slow. some tokens ligit still don't reflect prices nor are they swappable. If you can work on this areas, it should be the best app.

In the future, for QR code payments at merchants, will there be a toggle option or switch button to display the QR code from the user's side of the app? This is because some merchants automatically input the transaction amount, so users only need to present their QR code without having to enter the amount manually
