I recently purchased an e book for school and downloaded the app and the book. the eReader is horrible and is slow. I wish there was a way to read it as a pdf so that I can keep scrolling. it does not let you use the arrow keys on the keyboard to change to the next page and you have to scroll all the way down just to turn the page and it takes forever to load the next page. and the way the app works is confusing because you don't know what page your on there will be like 4 pages to one page

this app is so buggy and outdated it's ridiculous. also when you are able to get it to work. the option to hear the audio version without it reading headers and other dumb content doesn't work. it'll literally read out every (black square box). it's so annoying to the point I lose track of what the hell I'm even trying to learn. the words on my book will scramble together and you won't be able to read it. why my school uses this app I'll never understand besides perhaps a low budget.

This app is a waste of time. Crashes all the time. I have complained to my campus bookstore. Cengage is great, but it is good for as long as you are enrolled in the class. Why can't yuzu work out all the bugs. Flashcards are a great idea, but lag is making that feature impossible. Highlighting is so frustrating, I want to highlight and move on. Lately, (like 4 mos. Now) I can't load the books on my laptop.
