Ratings and reviews

The app is okay to work with though the layout and login are pitful. First, the login, everytime I use the app, its a question on whether the biometric login will work. Not sure why or how it turns itself off but it does. Have to turn it back on majority of the times. Every other financial app i use, once its on, its on works 100% of the time. Secondly, the layout. Would it be possible to see all the transactions in the past that have occured so i can see the dividends and interest that occured.

Terrible! You cannot reset your password because it will not take your birthdate properly in the box. When I call I have to wait forever to get someone to reset it. Then when I reset it and put in a new one it accepts it then the first thing I do it decides I no longer have the proper credentials

Bush league and useless. And forget trying to use Empower. BOKF supports Empower....as long as you enter a code every time it updates unlike all the other grown-up financial services sites that work seamlessly to retrieve your financial portfolio data without needing MFA for an app. Edit: still awful. Does not work reliably with Empower, Monarch or any other widely-available money management software.
