Part of the point of having the Globe on my tablet is the ability to download the edition and read it off-line. Fix this, and I might give it a better review. In the meantime, fix the older e-paper version so it always works when off-line, not just sometimes. Update: reducing to 1 star. Latest update crashes every time. Won't run at all. Others have reported the same issue.

Can't actually read articles, even though I'm a subscriber! I'm told that I'm using an igcognito browser each time I try to read anything. I'm using your app! Clicking the login button from that (clearly ridiculous) error page just takes me back to the main page with no option to login. Plus, IM ALREADY LOGGED INTO THE APP!!! I'm going to unsubscribe if they don't fix this.

The Globe has pretty good New England content, but its coverage of US and world news is spotty, so I'm not sure it's worth the high subscription cost. The app is missing features I'm used to from other news apps, like being able to filter out sport (especially) and gossip and other sections I don't care about, and I wish the article headlines included the publication date. I also really wish I could set it to default to Rhode Island, where I live—that's part of the point of my subscription.
