Ratings and reviews

The app’s groceries can be a slightly more expensive than those of other apps and grocery stores. However, there are promo codes every now and then. I still enjoy using it occasionally, especially because of their exclusive Breadfast bakery products. The delivery and customer service is great. One downside is that many items are often out of stock at certain days and hours, which leads me to switch to another grocery app. Overall, it’s a good service, and I would recommend it.

Not my first bad experience — but definitely my last. One order turned into two days of chaos: late delivery, wrong order, then more wrong/partial deliveries with missing items every time, plus nonstop calls from different agents making me repeat the same story again and again. Endless apologies, zero accountability, no proper resolution — just a complete waste of time and a completely unreliable service.

The service is indeed declining. I was a frequent customer and now I'm very disappointed. Customer service doesn't respond and is totally unreliable. They deliver orders with missing items. Tell me there are missing items before you deliver not after and let me decide what to do! Plus, last time I was partially refunded and they didn't refund the most expensive missing item although an sms was sent to me to confirm that they'll refund because it's missing! وماحدش معبرني!! أنا عاوزة فلوسي!!
