fire everyone who works on the updates. they make this app so terrible and wasting my time having to work around YOUR mistakes for not knowing how to do your job. crashes too often, lags, overheats my phone and Worst of all it even messes up with the maps. I could do better with a compass and paperwork than this mess.

Whoever is the team responsible for this recent update, please turn in your credentials and never touch a piece of tech again. changing the layout was a stupid move but whatever tech changes, problem is that they put this out without testing for bugs and glitches. you cannot skip orders now, once a trip is started and orders are added to you you cannot see what that person needs. basic quality control, test before release.

I absolutely love the new mobile app that I can use on my phone. That has saved me a giant headache every time I'm having to go & do deliveries while all of my delivery texts have the tablets. The only real problem I have with this app is that there are plenty of times where you have to restart your device just to get it to login so you can see your trip that's been committed. Maybe it's something to do with an IP address error bc it seems like the only way to fix it is to restart the device .
