Was advised to download for my supply needs. No need to download if you can't even create an account! It won't let you pass the birthdate field without erasing it and saying that an error occurred. How are you supposed to use it for anything if you can't even create an account? Useless! And I've already tried the uninstall, reinstall option. Didn't work. All this app is doing is taking up storage on my phone. Uninstalling for good!

This app is terrible. It takes you immediately to the login page but your sleep center registers your email address and there is no way to change it. Also, when trying to log in, the app makes you send a code but the code shows up over 24hours after requesting it. There is no customer service landing page nor help page. Please fix this unusable app.

App is useless. Try to sign in to my account and it says an error occurred. Try to reset my password and an error occurred. Uninstall and reinstall app and same issue. Opened my browser and went to the patient portal website and was about too login without an issue. Ordered my supplies without issue via website. Signed out of website and attempted to sign into the app and an error occurred. This app is not worth the frustration, just search for the website which the app is just sending you to.
