Was advised to download for my supply needs. No need to download if you can't even create an account! It won't let you pass the birthdate field without erasing it and saying that an error occurred. How are you supposed to use it for anything if you can't even create an account? Useless! And I've already tried the uninstall, reinstall option. Didn't work. All this app is doing is taking up storage on my phone. Uninstalling for good!

shipping takes a long time, I waited up to a month between ordering and delivery. no response when asking for an update. it should not take this long to receive needed supplies. they also changed ordering from every month to every 6 months. I'm supposed to change my CPAP mask monthly but now only receive 2 replacements every 6 months. never contacted or told about any changes and again no response from them.

impossible to cancel order on app. last order placed i had to cancel after 2 months of "problems" with a script they had used and was still good. now need new script..more info...too much! done!
