Was advised to download for my supply needs. No need to download if you can't even create an account! It won't let you pass the birthdate field without erasing it and saying that an error occurred. How are you supposed to use it for anything if you can't even create an account? Useless! And I've already tried the uninstall, reinstall option. Didn't work. All this app is doing is taking up storage on my phone. Uninstalling for good!

New patient here, from Betternight. App refuses to accept my correct email to allow me to register so that I can set up my auto-refill and shipment needs. Tried calling the customer service line and only managed to get some idiotic AI bot that needs to be replaced with an actual human being. Beyond frustrated.

The app only worked one time. Now it just says I'm not eligible for reordering supplies for 22 more days. This 22 days has lasted for months now.
