The driver app itself is ok, but the overall software is terrible and feels at least 10 years outdated. It's slow, inefficient, hard to navigate, and forces users to keep multiple windows open. Optimization is among the worst I've seen, with no historical traffic data involved. Unbalanced routes. Despite all this, it's still one of the most expensive options on the market. Stay away from it and use platforms like Capterra to find better alternatives such as Routific or Elogii

Same problem as the last app .. this app freezes and you miss orders. You have to force stop it and reboot it twice a day... Awful. You have improved nothing with this re-release... Also it constantly rings the notification sound on your phone when there is an order.. Until you open it. Not just once. It's irritating and totally unnecessary. The last version had this same damn annoyance as well !!

Quit your job. The company you work for truly does not care about you if they are using this software. They could have paid for custom software that actually works for it's intended design, but they chose a generic food delivery app. All this app does is cheaply help them turn the screws of efficiency while making your job even more complicated.
