Ratings and reviews

Speaking just about this app, it lacks the title history that's available on the website. Regarding the servic, it general has much more limited accident history then one would expect. Given how national the used car market is 22/50 states reporting can give you false sense of security. Many of the cars I've seen with rebuilt / salvage titles show up "without issues" on this app.

Do not subscribe. Information is older than the information CarFax presents. I'm attempting to buy a car, Carfax says accident, salvage title, and structural damage. Bumper says clean title, no accidents, and nothing about the damage. Only positive was customer service was fast and a refund was given.

beware about it is nearly impossible to cancel your account there are trying to take 30 something dollars out of my account and I have tried so many times to cancel my account and I can't have this money come out of my account I have a mother that is dying and I have a little sister have to take care of and my grandmother is on her deathbed every little scent counts I highly do not recommend anybody to use this I wish I saw the reviews before I opted into a subscription. Don't do what I did.
