App constantly fails to connect to the clock. The clock also needs fairly frequent updates, although I've never once noticed or needed it to do anything differently. But the updates will sometimes go on forever and just not complete. Now it's started deleting my alarms and not saving them. It's insane how high maintenance, yet low performing this clock is.

Not only does the lamp have difficulty pairing via the app, the app is constantly spammed with loftie ads. I should not have to click x to exit a loftie ad pop up when I want to set an alarm. This app is just another example of trading a good user experience for incremental revenue. I would actively discourage people from buying lofite products and had I not received my lamp and clock as a gift, I would definitely be using something else.

No extra purchases, purely functional, OPTIONAL subscription because lofty produces their own media. Don't need to use the app to use after set-up. I bought the alarm clock and I am 10,000% satisfied with my purchase. It does everything it's advertised to do and more, and it's all included in the one-time price you pay at checkout. Again, I cannot emphasize how much I love this. THERE ARE NO EXTRA FEES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, OR PAID FEATURES.
