Great at first but all of the sudden the pickup barcode for flex deliveries always show up as "not available." Reported the issue in-app a few times but still persists. The barcode in the email is too small and unable to be scanned at the terminal even when zoomed in all the way. Hassle everytime picking up packages.

I have not been having the same issues as others in terms of the delivery date. The app makes my life easier. It would be better with a Search function and if the Track screen could show BOTH the tracking number AND description for packages. The barcode scanner has not worked for any of my packages since March 1st. The employees have to enter every number manually and no one has responded to my Feedback through the app. This creates longer lineups and unnecessary work. Peace.

Have downgraded my review even more. The app performs worse and worse. Completely deleted a package I was tracking and had to re-add it. The app lags significantly behind with updates, and doesn't refresh properly. Very annoying! Used to be a few hours behind, but now seems to be days. Please focus on fixing the original purpose of tracking!
