When I first tried to install this app two months ago, every time I tried to open it, it only failed. After my initial complaint, within the next two weeks I got an email asking, and then shortly after it worked fine. Even if the phone doesn't initially work for your phone (mine is a Samsung J3 Star), they'll make it so the app will work for you.

I apologize you are experiencing issues downloading the app. *An update is now available for download in the Google Play Store which should correct this issue. If you continue to experience this issue after updating to the newest version, please contact 1.800.633.7077.

The balance shown isn't always correct. Pending transaction doesn't change the total balance till it officially goes through. Requiring you to calculate your true balance if you want to real number. Also some transaction won't show as pending or posted for days sometimes even a little over a week. It's very possible you'll forget. I've over drafted a few times because of that, my fault should of payed more attention. However, feels like a predatory tactic to me.

Purchases will stay *pending* for days, annoying and difficult to keep an accurate balance... Edit 9/29/22.. Today the app says my current balance as 225.26 when the actual balance is $0.70, and it actually shows 70Ā¢ on the transaction page, with nothing pending... BEWARE! and keep a a proper paper checkbook register. You can't trust what the app says is in your account. IDK how many $30 overdraft fees I've been hit with because I think there's more money in my account then there actually is.

Thank you for your feedback. Pending transactions are actually on the merchant's side--we don't have a way of controlling that.
