The Synovation Health App is designed to help patients and healthcare providers track pain management progress, improve communication, and support chronic condition management by enabling users to self-report health data and share insights with their care team.

How It Works

Connect select smart health devices (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Smart Scale) to securely share activity-related data with providers.

Ratings and reviews

After opening the app it requests to verify phone number by sending me a code. I entered the code & received & a "No Code Found" error message. After the countdown I clicked resend & now get an error message saying "incorrect patient data from dashboard". I closed the app & started over with entering my phone number & then also uninstalled & re-downloaded the app & in each instance I continue to get the "incorrect patient data from dashboard" message. App is broken.....

After downloading the app, it starts by asking your phone number which I entered. And I received an error message. I tried re entrain and I could not get past the phone number Section, So I just ended up deleting the app

It's asking questions I don't feel comfortable giving to a computer or anybody that is personal thank you
