The app won't work after it forced me to updated it. I can't use the app and I'm not able to continue using the device. please fix it! update 4/10: After reinstalling the app it works again but it's very buggy. I couldn't change the vibration setting but discovered the pause button changed the vibration setting instead of pausing the treatment. Still needs some work. it worked perfectly fine before that update so hopefully it'll work again soon.

Edit, later the same day: Thank you for fixing the app. Everything is working well now. I appreciate the quick response. The app & the device have helped immensely. The latest update doesn't work. I keep getting a screen message that says retry and/ restart device. Restarting my phone does not fix the issue. Please fix this issue. The app was working fine yesterday before the latest update.

I just purchase a new vfit a couple months ago. I purchased my first one in 2017 and it lasted until 2024. I found the older device more user friendly and without all of the continuous updates. I use my device several times a week and there is always an update. Secondly, the newer device doesn't hold a charge as long. Also, the new app doesn't tell you how much battery life the device has left after each use, where the older model did. I feel the quality of the new device is not there.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we make enhancements to improve the Joylux app. Please charge vFit at a minimum of 4 hours after each use. If the red center indicator light illuminates green prior to 4 hrs., please charge for the complete 4 hours. The Joylux App is optional for vFit use.
