So my employer recently switched us all to CerpassRx from OptumRx out of the blue. After reading all the negative app reviews, somehow I thought I was gonna be special and it would work for me, or at least let me log in. Nope. Not even a little. Looks really nice from the screenshots though. The website works fine so it's not an account issue. Fix this app please! Update 6/18/26: I reinstalled and tried again and this time the app let me log in and shows my info. Let's hope it keeps working...

App is useless at least for me. There prices are an estimate and can be and are way off at times. Why put in the drug dosage, amount per month and place you will get it at if it's not accurate. I'm the apps favor when you call you get the same useless estimate so maybe it's the insurance that is useless. That being said don't use it if you want an accurate price to compare with like pharmacies it won't help

0 stars. I mean...nothing works. Not really sure what the point of it is. My address is correct but when I pull up pharmacies they're in a whole different state and when I try to search it just doesnt work. Same with the drug search. Its just a pointless app. Fix it or shut it down 🤷‍♀️
