I like the ease and simplicity of the app, I think Charlie is wonderful. One service related issue however, The debt card is cheap and not designed for durability, maybe charge a small fee for a better card would be best.

I have had to contact CHARLIE several times during a recent move and help has always been quick, efficient and very stress free! The agents are kind, understanding, and most of all, patient. I was helped with a difficult issue by Rhobe Lavoie today and was very pleased with his knowledge and experience. I love CHARLIE!!!

I forgot her name and I'm so sorry for that because she was great she told me things where the bank helps and gave me a whole new outlook on Charlie financial it's great it really is and she was so knowledgeable and so kind and so sweet you need to give her a raise she's got your stuff down pat ... It was like a regular conversation. I am a third-generation salesperson and she is one that you want to keep!!! Give her a good raise kind of keep her.
