The app doesn't work, at all. you subscribe and it goes to a permissions screen and stays there. no matter what you do, it won't undo the permissions you select nor will it do anything else; except, stay stuck on that screen!! I feel it's a bad Google play app. I just want to unsubscribe, but that information no longer exists, as it just stays on that darn screen. Does NOTHING else! Now I find myself concerned this app is an invasion of my phones! I want to know how to unsubscribe!??

I'm not able to re-activate my Zonelarm on my mobile phone yet again. Playstore keeps saying "no previous purchases found" Please fix this problem. It's been nearly a year now. Thank you for supporting me to restore the app on my mobile phone. It was easy with tech help but not sure I'll remember the process if it happened again. Maybe the app could just be improved. What I can say is customer service is very good.

Probably doing its job but since installing my phone is a lot slower and now almost daily I get an Android message saying my phone is running slow, and telling me to reboot it. I quite often get a message saying zone alarm is using too much battery, asking me to put the app to sleep.
