Ratings and reviews

Tried to sign in with password and to reset password, neither worked. This was a post from 2021. Guess what. I tried again in Sept 2025. Still can't login. How did we make the B12 again?

App randomly glitches or shuts down. Unfortunately, this is the official app for reviewing and processing my digital tickets for UC athletics. Since UC has been using this app for digital tix, it continues to shut down every year. This week alone it stopped working or kicked me out of the app 3 times on 8/31; 2 times on 9/1; and 4 times on 9/2. I have deleted the app, reset my phone, and reloaded the app twice since 8/31 and it still shuts down. If I could I would remove it from my phone.

I love the Bearcats, but this app for ticket management does not live up to their standards. Horrid. 3 starts because I have not had a use for any other functionality yet, so only grading the poor ticketing experience.
