The constant changes to the app are getting really annoying. Account notifications work when they want. Clearwater's CardNav app no longer works. I'm constantly having to reset login information. Options change all the time. Every other week is a scavenger hunt trying to find where everything has been moved to. And with the most recent update/change, it says my login info is invalid and I have to change my password, but it won't let me. So frustrating!!! KEEP IT SIMPLE!!!

I've had an account with Clearwater for several years. It was great until they decided to switch to this app. Now you can't just pay with your debit card anymore. Now you have to link your bank account, and if they don't have your bank listed, you have to wait 3 days to link your account. Wish I would have been given any sort if notice that they were completely changing the ease of paying. My payment is now going to be late fir the first time. Not happy.

I wanted to like this app, but transfers are no longer instant. I tried to send money to another member, the transfer started Thursday, it is now Saturday, it doesn't even show in my transaction history, yet the member in question got an email. This really complicated things in terms of paying bills, and exchanging money in line at a grocery store for any reason. Old app was just fine.
