Ratings and reviews

App starts off good pays out as long as you are completing low earning offers. But when you stop earning and contact them they say to contact the offer wall. Even if you send the screenshots where there's no way to contact the offer wall they say that's what ever other user does. Cool I get that but there NOTHING there!!! I'm trying to contact them but there is NOTHING there to click to open a ticket. Like the concept seems like a good app as long as you stick to the lower offers

This WAS a great app until the survey issues (see previous review) but hey, the games were working great until about 10 minutes ago when I took a break and now can't play them anymore due to "device not supported". Are you kidding me?? I was literally JUST playing without any issues!!! Fix this problem ASAP so I can get back to earning!! My phone has been checked thoroughly and there is no problem on my end...Cointiply is either throttling or has some compatibility issues on their end.

Be weary of apps, like this one. They are misleading, and time wasting. The games, and the wheel is full of incompitance. It only works if it wants to. Not when you do. As for the surveys, you'll be lucky if you even qualify for one. As much as I dream of spending 12 weeks, just to cash in $50, or less, in earnings...I don't. That being said, customer service os automated and as incompitant as the app itself. Don't expect any responses from them, when you email them about problems. What a flop.
