Retired engineer. I use this app (mostly stopwatch @ 30 sec) many times, every day. Already recommended to friends and family. Wish it had the option to insert day of the week in the phrase...we old timers would appreciate the reminder. ;-)

Since Google lost the ability to count down, this has been a great replacement and keeps me from spacing out for too long during tasks. Buck fifty monthly sub for a timer is a bit nuts, but the free version is fine.

I need a count down timer with a voice to use while doing interval exercise training. I checked 12 apps and this is the best one I have found. But it doesn't allow you to set for a number of intervals. Also it doesn't allow you to set a rest period between intervals. But there are workarounds. You can simply add the rest time to your overall interval duration. Also you can use a separate stopwatch or countdown app to count the number of intervals.
