It's really easy to use!
Just power on(right of top) the app then will speak/talk the time with text from 8am to 10 pm everyday automatically.
(Don't worry! Nothing to set except clicking Power On('Activated Speak hours(time)').)

Ratings and reviews

I love it. It is highly detailed hourly chime. Most useful are hourly chime, non-active hourly time not to chime when sleeping, volume control, voice clock, lock screen message on next chime. It looks to be Korean app but available in English like Samsung smartphones. Its efficient chime. Not functions that aren't used.

Good and useful. One small thing, when bluetooth handsfree in connected, speaker is disabled. It will be great if you can enable both to tell the hour. If bluetooth is not in your ear, the time will pass unnoticed.

Loving this app so far. Easy to set up, only wish you were able to set app to speak two intervals in the same hour. Like (00, 30). Top of the hour and then again 30 minutes later. Please...
