About this app

A simple to use app that allows you to book spaces in seconds. With a few taps you can book a workstation or a meeting room, along with other areas like parking, lockers, quiet spaces, breakout zones and more. One screen in the palm of your hand keeps you in control of your daily schedule. See all your bookings, find booked workspaces on a floor plan, and make changes or cancellations to bookings as required. It’s never been faster to check in to a workspace, through a simple tap of a button, or automatically through proximity-based check in. When you need to collaborate with a co-worker, Eptura Engage helps make it happen. You can search in the app to find where they’re working, book an available workspace nearby and start collaborating in minutes.

Requires Condeco Cloud subscription. Types of spaces that can be booked within the app depend on your organization's configuration.

Ratings and reviews

Condeco worked fine for me. Then it transitioned to this and I've been unable to login for weeks even though I need to use it to book my desk. It gives an error that says "authorization required." I reached out to my IT department and they said currently newer android phones aren't supported. I've never even heard that for an app before.

It's picky. Sometimes you can sign in. other times it just won't 'catch' it's like it knows it has let you in before, it knows your detials are right, it knows your connection is good, but it just doesn't want to. Makes a bit of effort then stops. No explanation is offered. Just won't do what it should. it's another great American app released on to the world before it's been tested. it's unreliable and frustrating to use. once your in, it's fine. but you take a chance if it you will

Why would you rename your app to "Engage". You are aware that the mobile M365 Viva Engage app is already branded as just "Engage", right? So I now have two Engage icons on my phone. The only thing to distinguish them apart is the icon or by launching them. That's fine for me, I'm IT, but my 100,000+ are not, and we're now going to have to take the inevitable criticism for your poorly thought out re-branding decision! Thanks! It's not like we didn't have enough work to do already! 🤦‍♂️
