how they handle high traffic is with a queue. during black friday, i got kicked out over 5 times during a 20 minute wait where i couldn't be on another app for more than 1 min. just today when trying to pre order the switch 2, waited in queue and got kicked several times. managed to get in my cart. got forced back into the queue for 5 min. went back to cart can it was sold out. fix the queue!

It doesn't allow me to check the status of my online order. I received the order code through email, but the app doesn't let me enter the code, it kept telling '' Nothing to show yet! Check back in after you shop online... ''

Easy peasy shopping! Great prices on many items and very much competitive with Amazon. In fact, some prices are cheaper, so Best Buy is worth checking out. I have always had good luck with this Company.
