This app has a mind of its own. So many times, when I go to check out for delivery, I see items that I have never ordered in my cart. Now, when trying to access the "Free pick-up / delivery", the screen keeps "verifying the device" and just goes on and on. It never opens to make selections to qualify for free delivery. Delivery with Pea Pod was so much better: they were on time; the drivers never got lost; every item in the cart was delivered. This Instacart is a joke.

The special coupons for free items one has to get by using the in-store digital kiosk used to be available in the digital coupon section in the app. Why is that no longer the case? The ad for it can be seen, but not clicked on, in the print view of the weekly circular, but it's not visible at all in the grid view, which I usually use. And after you go to the kiosk, it doesn't show up with your saved digital coupons. So one has to print it out to see the specifics of the item that's free.

I deleted the app, downloaded again, everything was fine...until I logged in. This has been going on for a month and have been missing out on digital coupons and weekly bonus point opportunities. Judging by the lack of replies here they either aren't aware of the problem, or simply don't care. Must be the latter. A full week has gone by and not one reply from stop and shop!
