web site freezes often so if you're in a hurry that's not good. Now, 4 years later and the same problem exists daily. It's been 2 days so far that I can't open their app. it's now a week later. In the mean time I called their help line. I was told the issue is my password and had to change it. I did and was able to place an order. Now I can't open the app again. Apparently S&S doesn't read all these reviews. So many customers with the exact issues going uncorrected for more than SIX YEARS!

newer update: app now takes forever to load and verifies my phone every sign in, barcodes still elusive, so frustrating, 0 stars. update: the the new app sucks more than the previous version. Barcode for in store scanner now won't stay open. In app it's hard to find the hours of stores. And the coupons are more difficult to use than before. Once you've clipped all the coupons you can see on your screen you have to leave the coupon section and then come back into it in order to see move.

I hate this app. Possibly the worst thing I've ever used. Everytime I order groceries there's at least 2 items that somehow magically disappear from my cart after check out even after I check to make sure everything is there. It's absolutely infuriating to play guessing games with my groceries. If you're thinking having this app will make your life easier, don't waste your time.
