terrible experience, I delayed my rating multiple times but kept failing just when I needed to get funds.. can't count the number of times I've been embarrassed, stranded and had to return purchase cause I was unable to make a transaction. customer service is the worst. at a time a call was even dropped on me. very ridiculous

credit direct has the worst online customer services. I also downloaded their app an forgot password, I have tried logging in, reached for help no one responded, I have money in the wallet and I can't access it and no one seems to care, I have mailed, chatted several times , but no response but the agent keep reaching out I take another loan after I liquidated the old one and has some balance but the won't allow me get my balance.

I installed this app bcos of the loans and credit buy now stuff, bt using this app has been a poor experience the kyc verification process is just awful I lost count of how many times I had to try jus to get to stage 1. The app lags, credit or debit notification is too slow and it keeps showing error when trying to go up the kyc ladder, plus it keeps rejecting my BVN which I've used in every other mobile app I'm on, and that's besides the numerous bugs. overall a very poor performance. fix it.
